McHappy support for One Kids Place

One Kids Place Children’s Treatment Centre was the recipient of over $3700 from the 2022 McHappy Day in North Bay & Sturgeon Falls, One Kids Place announced on Thursday. 

“One Kids Place is truly grateful to Colin, Vanessa, Dan and the entire team at McDonald's North Bay & Sturgeon Falls and we value their continued support and dedication to our children and families. Monies raised will support of Loan Equipment Program that supplies equipment & therapy tools to families free of charge. We look forward to our continued partnership.” Brenda Loubert, Executive Director of One Kids Place stated in a release. 

Staff from One Kids Place were on site on May 11 thanking patrons of the restaurant and sharing information about the programs and services provided to our community families.

“We believe that children and families are key to strong communities. We take great pride in the opportunity to help those whose lives we impact, even for a short time,” stated Dan MacWhirter, Regional Marketing Specialist from McDonalds North Bay & Sturgeon Falls.

One Kids Place provides community-based rehabilitation, specialized clinic services, and related support services for children and youth in the Districts of Muskoka, Nipissing, and Parry Sound.
