Man steals shoes, then threatens previous owner

Well, if the shoe fits...

Police say yesterday afternoon at about 1:30, a man entered the North Bay home of a victim known to him, and without permission, left with a pair of shoes.

Later that afternoon at 2:10 the thief, now wearing the stolen shoes, returned to the same residence and threatened the victim.

Yesterday afternoon, following the investigation into a threats complaint, North Bay Police arrested:

Marcos Clennon, age 20, at his North Bay home and charged him with:

  • two counts of break and enter and commit;
  • one count of uttering threats; and
  • one count of theft under $5,000.

Clennon was released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for August 9th.
