City police say that the man being sought in connection with the City Hall lock down yesterday has been arrested.
William Horner is in custody in Blind River, and being returned to North Bay for a court appearance says Const. John Schultz.

Horner was arrested without incident by the OPP and assisted in his return to North Bay.
City Hall was locked down for a couple of hours yesterday after several employees reported they had received threats from a man.
An arrest warrant for Horner, 39, from North Bay, was issued today, on a charge of Uttering Death Threats.
