Male arrested for exposing himself in public

Thursday afternoon police received a call from a concerned citizen that there was a male exposing himself on the Lake Nipissing beach area at the end of Marshall Avenue.

A 42-year-old North Bay man is charged with one count of committing an Indecent Act relating to a bizarre incident on a local beach.  

At around 2:30 p.m. on Thursday afternoon police received a call from a concerned citizen that there was a male exposing himself on the Lake Nipissing beach area at the end of Marshall Avenue.  

Witnesses claim there were children on the beach when the bizarre incident took place.  

Police attended and arrested the accused nearby.  

A 42 year old man from North Bay was arrest and released with a court date set for September 12th.  

Another North Bay area man was arrested and charged in connection to a similar incident back in July at the King's Landing Wharf.
