On Tuesday, April 29th, 2014 at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 23, 150 First Avenue West, the North Bay and District Chamber of Commerce will be teaming up with organizations all over the area to help community members find a job.

The Job Fair will open opportunities for job-seekers to meet businesses in North Bay and area that are looking to hire employees. The Job Fair will run from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Derek Shogren, President of the North Bay and District Chamber of Commerce, said: "We are trying to bring together those businesses that have job openings and matching them with qualified prospective employees in our region."

He encourages the community to come out and see the job opportunities businesses are offering.

On behalf of our employment partners, the North Bay and District Chamber of Commerce invites anyone who is looking for a job to attend the event on Tuesday April 29th, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 23, 150 First Avenue West in North Bay.

The job fair is an inviting place that helps connect businesses with its community and offers a great way to leave that lasting impression that no resume can do. Having the chance to be able to get great insight in the potential company you might be working for may help guide you in the right direction.

The one-on-one communication with the businesses within the North Bay area can provide the information needed to quickly get a job; not just a job but a career with a business that is looking to grow.
