Local therapist facing sexual assault charge

The North Bay Police have charged a 44-year-old therapist with one count of sexual assault.  

North Bay police, who began the investigation on May 14, alleging that the adult female victim attended a scheduled physiotherapist session which included additional treatment from the accused, who police say is an Exercise Specialist at a physiotherapy clinic in North Bay.

The allegation involves the accused touching the victim inappropriately during the session.

Through the investigation, Marc Denommee, 44, from North Bay is charged with sexual assault.  According to Denommee's LinkedIn and Facebook page, he works at PT Works in North Bay.  

Following his arrest, the accused was released from police custody and he will appear in the North Bay Courthouse on June 18 in answer to the charge.
