Nipissing University Student Union announced today that the Shinerama Campaign beat their 6-year-old record this year and has been recognized nationally for their efforts.
"The NUSU/CSRC Shinerama campaign had its most successful year to date. It raised $23,828.93, which surpassed the long standing six year old previous record, and was also recognized with the Most Improved Shinerama Campaign
National Award," notes Anna Fitzsimmons, NUSU Vice President External in an email.
She went on to say both The Nipissing University Student Union and Canadore Students Representative Council thank the community and their sponsors for their support.
"Without all of you and the support of the citizens of North Bay none of this would have been possible!"
