A North Bay man is facing child porn charges today after a joint OPP/North Bay police investigation and search warrant.

Yesterday, following an ongoing and proactive online child pornography investigation that began in February, police arrested and charged:

Kyler Harley Brose, age 33, of North Bay with:

  • Two counts of possession of child pornography; and
  • One count of accessing child pornography.

Police accuse Brose of downloading child pornography files from an online peer-to-peer file sharing network onto two computers within his home and watched them.

They seized two laptops and a mobile phone.

Brose was held in custody for a bail hearing.
