The North Bay Public Library announced today it will begin the first stage of developing a new strategic plan by launching both a general and a teen online survey.

The surveys will be available online for three weeks and links to the survey are located on the library web page.

“We will be asking our clients through these surveys to tell us what they think of our services, products, and facilities,” said Ravil Veli, Library CEO. “Throughout these extraordinary Covid 19 times, we have continued to hear from our clients how much they value the library.”

“These surveys will provide  us with information that will form the basis of the next library strategic plan,” said  Veli, “and we hope to reach as many of our clients as we can during the next three weeks.”
