Lakeshore Dr man charged with assault

On 15th Dec at 3:00pm a confrontation between a man and a woman developed when their dogs fought and the woman said she would report the man for no leash on his dog.

It is alleged that the man shoved her and threatened to kill her and her boyfriend.

Michael Whiting 57yrs of Lakeshore Dr has been charged with assault and threatening death.

He is to attend court on 29th Jan 2013.
