The city of North Bay will be unveiling the alternatives and asking input on the King’s Landing Wharf preliminary study at a public information meeting from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 13th at City Hall.

The The City has initiated what is called a “Schedule C, Municipal Class Environmental Assessment,” to evaluate the wharf and marina area.

The wharf is in poor condition and will require significant investment to replace it with a safe and functional structure.

The City will be considering alternatives to address structural concerns as well as the long-term maintenance and operation of the wharf.
