'It's done' Kent Trusses out of business

"It's bad news but let's hope for some good news,"

What many in this area had feared, has happened. Kent Trusses in Sundridge has tossed in the towel and will remain closed throwing 80 people out of work.

That was confirmed this afternoon by Sundridge Mayor Lyle Hall.

"It's done," he said.

"It's bad news but let's hope for some good news," he told BayToday.

Some employees have almost 40 years working for the company which manufactures roof and floor systems.

The company has taken down its website.
