I spy

A 22-year old North Bay man has been charged after the North Bay Police Service received a complain last night about a peeping tom.

The call came in before midnight from a residence in the 900 block of Douglas Street, and constables Randy Adair and Scott Buchanan investigated.

They located a man hiding in a nearby yard and arrested him.

He broke free but was quickly re-arrested by the chasing officers.

Denis ALLAIRE, 22, of Duke Street W, is charged with trespass by night and escape lawful custody. He is to attend court on March 22.
