The Families First New Year's Eve Celebrations provides North Bay and area residents a chance to ring in 2004 in a drug and alcohol-free environment. It begins today at 4 p.m. and runs until 8 p.m.

The Families First New Year's Eve Celebrations provides North Bay and area residents a chance to ring in 2004 in a drug and alcohol-free environment.
It begins today at 4 p.m. and runs until 8 p.m. at Memorial Gardens, the YMCA and Thomson Park, and is free of charge thanks to donations from local sponsors.

The sliding hill at Thomson Park will be closed during the event.
