A North Bay man has been charged after being arrested by Project Gateway.
Project Gateway, a joint investigation between members of the Ontario Provincial Police and the North Bay Police Service, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act warrant at a North Bay residence Friday, assisted by city police.
Marijuana was seized and the lone male in the house was arrested without incident.
Dale Rivers, 41, of 594 Main Street, #1, has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking marijuana, and possession of marijuana.
The drugs seized have an approximate street value of $4,500, police said.
