North Bay Police said this morning they have arrested 31-year-old Christopher Horne who is in police custody awaiting a bail hearing this morning.

Horne faces two additional charges including breach of a release order and possession of a controlled substance. That brings his total charges to over 30 offences.
Horne was wanted on a number of outstanding arrest warrants that include targeted assaultive behaviour, uttering threats, attempted robbery, and possession of a Schedule 1 substance.
"During the arrest, the accused ran from police and was believed to have ingested drugs," says S/Sgt. Paul Brewer. "He was caught at which time a taser was deployed to effect the arrest."
Brewer thanked the public for their assistance.
