Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for:
- West Nipissing - French River,
- Greater Sudbury and vicinity,
- New Liskeard - Temagami - Kirkland Lake
Rain, at times heavy, tonight through Friday.
A few showers will continue this evening across the region with heavier rain expected to begin overnight or Thursday morning and continue to Friday morning.
General rainfall amounts of 30 to 50 millimetres with locally higher amounts are expected.
Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
North Bay can expect periods of rain beginning in the morning with amounts ranging from 10 to 20 mm.
The rain will continue until Monday morning.
