"Police are aware of reports of threats made on social media," says police spokesman David Woolley. "Officers and school officials have responded to and resolved the situation. There is currently no threat to the safety of students or staff. A police investigation is ongoing."

City police say a 'gun incident' at Chippewa Secondary School this morning has been resolved peacefully.
Details will be released shortly says a spokesman, but officers remain at the scene at 8:30 a.m.
