Gavan named new Chamber Chair

Gavan, who is the Director of Corporate, Community and Alumni Partnerships at Canadore College and was named the 2016 Director of the year back in May.

Brad Gavan has been named the new Executive Chair as the 2017 Board of Directors of the North Bay & District Chamber of Commerce was sworn in last night by Mayor Al McDonald.

Gavan, who is the Director of Corporate, Community and Alumni Partnerships at Canadore College and was named the 2016 Director of the year back in May.     

Gavan has had a huge impact on the community as he has helped raise more than $7 million as part of the Canadore College and Nipissing University Learning Library Campaign. 

Gavan was also a key part of North Bay’s 2007 Hockeyville committee as well as playing a key role with the Canadian Pond Hockey Face-off committee from 2006 to 2009.
