Gas prices in the city dropped another cent overnight giving motorists more relief at the pumps.

The lowest price inside North Bay today is 95.6 for a regular litre at Mr Gas, 890 Hwy 17 E. near Bayview Rd.

It's 90,7 at Eagles Nest on Hwy 17 W.

The most expensive is Crevier at 555 McKeown Ave. which sits at 99.9.

In contrast, it's 1.19.9 at a Shell in Thunder Bay, 93.7 at Canadian Tire in Sturgeon Falls.

Our neighbours in Sudbury are paying much more...about six cents more expensive there, where the cheapest gas is pegged at 1.04.3.

The average Ontario price is 98.26 cents a litre and rising. A year ago it sat at over 1.17.
