We have no idea why, but regular gas is selling for about 17 cents a litre cheaper here in North Bay than it is in Toronto.
GasBuddy says the average Toronto price today is 1.26, while in North Bay it's running about 1.09.
The average price in Ontario is about 1.21 a litre.
Local motorists are well aware of how gas prices seem to leap on Tuesdays, so it is reasonable to believe such a large price gap won't continue for long...and it only has one way to go.
Our neighbours in Sudbury are paying about 1.21 and even Sturgeon Falls is around 1.19.
