Environment Canada has issued a freezing drizzle advisory for the North Bay and West Nipissing area.  The advisory ended for Greater Sudbury earlier this morning.

"Patchy freezing drizzle continues this morning. The risk of freezing drizzle will slowly diminish through the morning," stated Environment Canada.

Environment Canada says the risk of freezing drizzle will return again tonight.

"Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery. Freezing drizzle can produce thin, hard-to-detect layers of ice," the adivisory stated.

Take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas.
