Children aged 12 and under are now able to ride North Bay Transit buses for free according to a City news release.

As of Jan. 1, up to three children 12 years of age and younger are able to travel for free if they’re with a fare-paying parent or guardian during all service hours.

"Previously, children under age five were able to ride for free. The expanded program is aimed at making it easier and more affordable for families and assisting youth in becoming comfortable with the service."
