Original Story:

Four people are dead following a serious motor vehicle collision involving two vehicles on Highway 101, approximately 70 kilometers west of Timmins. 

The accident happened this morning at 10:25. 

Two adults and two children have been killed as a result of the collision. One other involved adult has been taken to a local hospital to be treated for minor injuries. 

The OPP Technical Collision Investigators have been called in to assist with the investigation and the highway remains closed (4:45 p.m.)

The investigation is still ongoing but further information will be released as it becomes available.
