Municipalities having trouble coping with COVID costs will get another injection of cash from the Province says MPP Vic Fedeli.
An additional $1.1 million for 11 Nipissing municipalities is in the pipeline
“Our municipalities have been clear that they need additional operating funding in 2021, and it’s important that we step up and provide more financial relief," said Fedeli.
The funding is being prioritized to help municipalities hardest hit by the pandemic and can be used for things like personal protective equipment, cleaning supplies and by-law enforcement.
