A South River man faces 11 charges after OPP executed a search warrant on his home on Tuesday, September 20.
After the warrant was executed police charged Tyler Botham, 28, with the following offences:
- Three counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm,
- Four counts of possession of firearm contrary to prohibition order,
- Possession of property obtained by a crime,
- Possession of a controlled substance, schedule II – cannabis marihuana under 30 grams,
- Possession of a controlled substance, schedule II – cannabis resin over one gram,
- Possession of a controlled substance, schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking – under three kilograms.
Botham was held in police custody and is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Thursday, September 22, in Sundridge.
