Following an ongoing Controlled Drugs and Substances Act investigation, officers from the North Bay Police Street Crime unit arrested Bradley Joseph Devost, age 30 of North Bay on Cassells Street shortly before 5:30 p.m. yesterday and charged him with:
- One count of possession for the purpose of trafficking crack cocaine; and
- One count of possession property obtained by crime under $5,000.
Devost was released from custody with a court date scheduled for February 23rd.
Police seized $905 in Canadian currency and over 10 grams of crack cocaine, with an estimated value of $1,500.
