DIA Announces New Manager

North Bay native, Jeff Serran, is in full swing in his first week of work as the new manager of the North Bay Downtown Improvement Association.

Serran, who brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the job, takes over the reigns from Tiiu Vail who is moving on to attend Nipissing University’s Faculty of Education this year.

Serran, celebrated the job announcement by attending the 2005 Heritage Festival with his family.
