Crime of the Week, Jan. 24

Near North Crime Stoppers and the North Bay Police Service are seeking the public's assistance with an Armed Robbery that occurred on Jan. 19 at the Mac's Store on Trout Lake Road and Giroux Street in North Bay.

A lone male entered the store at about 10 p.m.
The suspect was wearing a disguise and carrying some sort of club or stick and demanded cash and cigarettes from the lone female clerk.

He was given a small amount of cash and several packages of Matinee Slims cigarettes and then fled the scene.

The suspect is described as a male person, 6 Foot and slim, wearing baggy pants, a hooded sweater, a white kerchief (with black design) over his face, and grey sporty pants (like tear-a-ways).
