Mark Jarvis of Corbeil is celebrating after winning $100,000 with ENCORE (October 24, 2016 DAILY GRAND).
Jarvis matched six of the seven winning numbers on his ENCORE selection.
“Once a week, I head to the local gas station to fill up and pick up some lottery tickets,” explained Mark while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto where he received his big cheque. “The day I bought my winning ticket was no different. I put my tickets in my pocket and forgot about them.”
Months after buying his winning ticket, Mark checked it at a local convenience store.

“I used the ticket checker and as I scanned the ticket the words, ‘Big Winner’ appeared on the screen. I was shocked, overwhelmed and in disbelief. I asked the retailer to validate my ticket. The terminal froze and OLG called the store to confirm my win.”
Jarvis is planning to put his win towards his retirement.
