Tthe Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l’Ontario (CSPNE) has approved a balanced budget of $55,081,992 for the 2021–2022 school year.

"The budget presented by the CSPNE ensures that the objectives identified in the 2017–2021 strategic plan are met," says a news release. 

"The Board’s budget preparation process is rigorous and focused on achieving the targeted results for the 2021–2022 school year, while respecting the requirements of the Ministry of Education and, above all, keeping the student at the heart of all its decisions," said CSPNE’s Board Chair Denis Labelle.

"In addition, CSPNE’s school trustees and administrative team will be working to develop the new strategic plan over the next year. Various target groups from the school community and the broader CSPNE community will be consulted in the plan development process," says the release.
