(North Bay, ON)
Doris Brownlee, 36, of North Bay, was charged with careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA) as a result of Wednesday’s motor vehicle collision involving a police cruiser.

Constable Robert Draper and Doris Brownlee were treated and released with minor injuries from North Bay General Hospital on Wednesday October 29th, 2003, after Brownlee’s 1991 white Pontiac collided into the rear end of an unmarked OPP cruiser (2002 Blue Chevrolet Impala).

This caused the cruiser to collide into the rear of white Ford pick-up driven by 73 year-old Paul Lechlitner of North Bay. Lechlitner received minimal injuries and did not go to hospital.
