City police seeking public's help with B&E case

On the 22nd of November, 2012, at approximately 10:00pm, a homeowner in the 300 block of Harvey Street was sitting in his hot tub in the backyard of his residence when he observed an unknown male entering his unlocked shed.

The suspect was immediately yelled at which made him flee the area.

The North Bay Police Service was contacted and the area was checked with negative results.

The suspect is described as being 6’0” tall, 170 lbs, 17-22 yrs, wearing a white plaid jacket with grey and brown markings, a dark baseball cap possibly with neon coloring on it and carrying a large dark colored back pack that appeared too big for the suspect.

Although nothing was damaged nor taken during this incident, police are still seeking the suspect’s identity.
