On 24th Jan North Bay police officers attended Victoria BC where they executed a 1999 arrest warrant and returned a 56 yr old man to North Bay.
Charges include 2 counts of sexual assault, indecent assault on a male, buggery, and sexual exploitation.
The offences were reported in 1999 and alleged to have occurred between 1980 and 1991.
He is being held in custody for a bail hearing.
