City police caution drivers the roads are icy - drive accordingly

Between 7:00am and 7:00pm Jan 23rd the North Bay Police responded to 9 vehicle collisions and icy roads particularly at intersections were factors in most of them.

We want to caution drivers that when temperatures are as cold as they have been, roads tend to have a layer of frost on them, even when the asphalt is visible.
