As a result of a complaint from City officials, North Bay Police commenced a criminal investigation.
On September 14, 2012 Daniel Joseph Seguin was arrested for the offence of Criminal Harassment, Intimidation and Intimidation of Justice System Participant.
He was held pending bail.
