City duo facing drug charges

On 17th Sept at 12:10pm police observed a man kneeling in a parking lot at Gormanville Rd and Jane St in front of a woman sitting in a vehicle.

She had a quantity of money in her hand and he was counting out pills from a Ziploc baggie.

Both persons were arrested and several pills seized.

The pills are believed to be Oxycodone, Morphine, Percocet and Tylenol.

Andrew Grandmond 46 yrs of Worthington St has been charged with 2 counts of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime, and breach of probation.

Dana Heintz 43yr of Clarence St has been charged with Possession of a controlled substance and breach of probation.

Both persons were held in custody for bail hearings.
