City carrying out court order clean up at Cassells St and 7th Avenue

City of North Bay By-law Officer, Ron Melynk, and sanitation crews are currently at the property that corners Cassells St and 7th Avenue carrying out a Superior Court order to clear out the yard.

City Police have the road cordoned off while a survey and security crews measure and record the process.

Melynk says they will clean out the percentage of the rear property ordered by the court.

The Property owner was not home at the time.

Melynk confirmed that the issue of storage on the property has been ongoing for a number of years.
