A 38-year-old North Bay woman has been charged after a vehicle collided with an OPP motorcycle.
The accident took place on McKeown Avenue, shortly before 3:00 p.m. Thursday.
Cst. Gerry Malette, of the North East Region Traffic and Marine Unit, was traveling westbound on McKeown Avenue when a 1999 Mazda Protege leaving the No Frills Plaza parking lot pulled out and struck him.
Cst. Malette was treated and released from North Bay General Hospital with minor injuries.
Louise Power was charged by the North Bay City Police with fail to yield from a driveway contrary to Section 139(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
