Candidate adds Grit ex-prez to team

A candidate for the Nipissing-Timiskaming federal Liberal nomination has added a new supporter to his team.

Longtime Liberal Riding President to Support Anthony Rota

Anthony Rota is pleased to announce Gunther Buschmann has joined the Rota Team.

Over the past 10 years Gunther has been a Director and Treasurer of both the Nipissing Federal and Provincial Liberal Associations and recently finished 6 years as President of the Nipissing Federal Liberal Association. Gunther has also served as fundraising chair for both the Bob Wood and George Maroosis election campaigns and he was the Official Agent for the Paul Martin leadership campaign in Nipissing.

"Not only is Anthony Rota simply the best qualified to be our Liberal candidate, his record shows how much he cares about this riding,” Buschmann said. “He is fluent in both official languages, has political experience, is intelligent, well-educated and has a proven record of success, community involvement and accomplishment.”

“Anthony offers more than an impressive resume. He is approachable, open and personable and determined to make a difference,” Buschmann added. “If we could go to the parts bin and construct the ideal candidate, the end result would be Anthony. That is why I and my family will be voting for Anthony Rota," Buschmann concluded.
