BURK’S FALLS - The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a robbery that occurred on Monday January 6, 2014 at a Yonge Street, Burk’s Falls residence.
A female accused attended a Yonge Street residence to get money that was owed to her from an acquaintance.
When she arrived at the residence she entered and punched a female that was living at the home and stole a playstation 3 prior to leaving.
Police arrested the female Crystal STEWART (37) of Burk’s Falls Ontario and later released her from police custody.
The accused is charged with robbery with theft and fail to comply with conditions of an undertaking given by an officer in charge, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada and is to appear in Sundridge Court on Thursday February 27, 2014.
