North Bay officers responded to a break and enter in progress Tuesday afternoon and located a male suspect unlawfully in a Mulligan Street residence.
Police allege that upon arrest the man was discovered having a number of controlled substances in his possession, including; approximately 500 grams of suspected Crystal Methamphetamine and approximately 500 grams of suspected Cocaine.
Jeremy Lamontagne-Zalewski, age 23, of North Bay who is charged with:
- One count of Breach of Release Order
- Two counts of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking
- The street value of drugs seized is estimated at $108,000.00
The accused remains in police custody awaiting a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
