A unique concert on the water is returning to Trout Lake this Saturday.

It is called Boatapalooza. The unique concert on the docks of Average Joe's came about during the first summer of COVID-19 in 2020.

The event will go from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the waters of Trout Lake.

Paul Pruneau and the Journeymen took part last year and are back again this weekend.

“I’ve played in every bar in this city over the past thirty-odd years, and I never thought I’d be playing on a dock in the middle of Trout Lake," Pruneau told BayToday's David Briggs last summer.

Average Joe's officials hope the event once again attracts a lot of people to the lake.

"The weather looks to be hot, Our Sea-Doo team will be on the water delivering our food right to your boat & our lower bar will be open serving food and drinks," said Average Joe's via social media.

"Celebrate the start of summer with us on beautiful Trout Lake."
