Arrest made in OUTLoud break and enter investigation

Police continue the investigation in an effort to locate the stolen property

The North Bay Police have arrested one man in relation to a Delaware Street break and enter reported on July 20th, 2021.

Police say an investigation began when the break-in was reported by OUTLoud, located on the 100 block Delaware Avenue in North Bay.

Police allege that several items were stolen including video game consoles, controllers, and other electrical equipment.

The investigation identified the accused who was arrested on July 26th, 2021. He remains in custody pending a bailing hearing scheduled for July 29th, 2021.

As a result, Rusty Randall Powell, age 44, of North Bay has been arrested and charged with:

  • One count of Break, Enter and theft
  • One count of Breach of Probation.

Police continue the investigation in an effort to locate the stolen property.

This investigation was aided through the use of video surveillance equipment. Police would like to take this opportunity to remind property owners of the importance of maintaining and updating video surveillance equipment.
