There's been another pedestrian struck in North Bay.

The accident occurred on Saturday, shortly before 8:30 p.m.,

Police say the driver was travelling from Cassells Street and making a left-hand turn onto Algonquin Avenue on a green light when she struck a male pedestrian who was crossing Algonquin in the crossing lane and with the right-of-way.

The pedestrian was injured and transported to hospital by ambulance. No other details on that.
