Another COVID-19 case in the region

The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit has revealed one more COVID-19 case in the region today. 

In their latest update, the Health Unit states a male between the ages of 40 and 59 tested positive and is self-isolating. 

The Health Unit notes that he was exposed to COVID-19 through close contact with a case.  

That brings the number of cases in the Health District region to 40.

There are currently two active cases in the region; one in Nipissing District and one in Parry Sound with 37 resolved and one death.
