Ryan fired an opening round of 65 on Saturday.

He led by three shots entering Sunday’s round. On Sunday he posted a one-under-par 72 to finish at nine under for the tournament.

His score of 137 edged out William Hartford of La Jolla, CA (2018) and Carlos Antonio Davila of Mexico (2018) by one shot.

Ryan and Carlos each made 12 birdies for the tournament. Neil was also one of 8 junior golfers to make an eagle during the tournament.

This is Ryan’s second win of the season on the international tour.

Previously, he won the FCWT junior golf tournament Disney 2017.
