Update, open. Algonquin and bypass intersection closed after three vehicle accident (video)

One of the vehicles is an OPP cruiser, which is severely damaged

Police are still on-scene at this hour (5:45) at what appears to be a three-vehicle collision at the intersection of Algonquin and the bypass.

One of the vehicles is an OPP cruiser, which is severely damaged.

Another vehicle is heavily damaged, a third has damage to the driver's side, but there is no report at this time of any injuries.

The accident happened around 3:15 p.m. Sunday.

The Algonquin and the bypass intersection is completely closed and there is no timeline for reopening.

A witness told BayToday that the blue car had the driver's side completely dented in and a small car grey has minimal damage.
