A busy suspect

The North Bay Police Service has cleared the following four cases with the arrest of one man. The theft of a vehicle from McIntyre Street E. Feb. 16-17/'03 and the use of it to break into a convenience store in Corbeil; a break and enter Dec.
The North Bay Police Service has cleared the following four cases with the arrest of one man.

The theft of a vehicle from McIntyre Street E. Feb. 16-17/'03 and the use of it to break into a convenience store in Corbeil; a break and enter Dec. 06 into Little Caesers, on Shirrif Avenue, in North Bay; the theft of a vehicle Dec. 17 from Oak St. E. in North Bay and the use of it to
commit a break and enter into a residence in Astorville before being involved in a single vehicle collision in Southern Ontario; and a prior attempt by the same man to steal another vehicle in the same parking lot.

The arrest of the suspect was made by Det. Cst. Greg McClenaghan and Cst. Bill Gainsforth.

Robert Cassidy, 23,of no fixed address, is charged with break, enter and theft; disguise With intent; two counts of theft Over $5000; and attempted theft.
He remains in custody awaiting trial.
