Police have made a big drug bust in Sundridge.
Yesterday, officers of the OPP Community Street Crimes Unit assisted by the Almaguin Highlands Detachment executed a drug warrant at a home on Main Street.
They seized over $15,000 of cocaine, methamphetamine, Fentanyl, plus over $2,000 in cash.
Kayla Paxton, 29, of Sundridge, Ishan Kalia, 18, and a young person, both of Toronto were arrested.
All are charged with:
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking - opioid
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the Purpose of Trafficking - cocaine
All three remain in custody and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sundridge today.
